Mike Freitag Former Indiana University Head Coach
Mike Freitag has spent a total of 22 years at Indiana as a player, graduate assistant, assistant coach and head coach. Freitag became only the third first-year head coach to lead his program to a national title. In three seasons as head coach, IU has compiled a 47-11-10 (.764) record. Freitag has been involved in five of Indiana’s seven national championships. Click for more >>
Phil Presser Former Indiana University Assistant Coach
Aleksey Korol

Former All-Big Ten player Phil Presser is in his first season as an assistant coach for the men's soccer program. Presser takes over the position formally held by Caleb Porter. Presser was a four-year letterwinner for the Hoosiers from 1999-02, including a member of the national championship squad in 1999.

Aleksey Korol Former Indiana University Assistant Coach

Aleksey Korol joined the Indiana men's soccer staff in February 2009. Korol came to IU from Illinois-Chicago where he spent three seasons as an assistant coach for Hoosier alum John Trask. During his three seasons the Flames compiled a record of 38-13-17 and advanced to the NCAA Tournament each season.

Jo Lueken Athletic Trainer

Joe Lueken begins his 10th season as the head trainer for the Indiana soccer program and his 12th overall at IU. Lueken has served as an athletic trainer at Indiana for the past nine years and also has worked with the track and field, football and baseball teams. In addition, he is an instructor and teaches within the curriculum of the athletic training programs. Click for more >>
