Thank You for your interest in the Indiana Soccer Team Camp - where teams become ONE!
We are so excited to add this elite team camp to our 2008 summer camp schedule. The camp will help your team become the best it can be, through intensive training, classroom lectures, competitive games, and first class instruction from some of nation’s top college coaches. It will also be a great avenue for you and your assistants to grow with the game.
The Indiana Soccer Camp has for more than 30 years provided the best summer learning environment to individual players. We now offer you and your team the same quality instruction in a team environment. My staff and I will be involved in every aspect of the camp and are eager to help you and your team achieve your goals.

Steps in enrolling your team in the Indiana Soccer Team Camp:
Coaches call or email for our HS team packet, that includes all applications and information. Then-- Secure 15-20 serious members of your team to enroll.
- Secure 2-3 additional adult staff members (assistant coaches or mangers) to be a part of this exciting opportunity.
- Coaches have your players complete and return the application/consent form with attached form of payment (check or credit card) to you (the coach) so that you can submit it back to the Indiana Soccer Camp all at one time. The player camp fee is $500. A deposit of $300 must accompany the application. Balances will be due by May 1, 2008. Forms should be mailed to:

- Your staff should consist of the head coach, who attends free of charge and 2-3 additional adults (assistant coaches or managers), who will attend at a cost of $150. You will be responsible for submitting the names of your staff along with their payment when you return your team’s applications.
- You and your staff will be responsible for primary supervision of your team during the camp.
- Complete the enclosed rooming list once you confirm the members of your team that are attending.
- Team registration will be between noon and 2 p.m. on July 11th. Teams will hit the field at 3 p.m.
